This guide is about the art of obtaining submission through sensitivity to the horse's body language.

It shows the careful, step-by-step approach, which is needed to take the horse from complete aversion to touching and bridling, to acceptance and submission.

This is a subtle, hands-on, stress-free technique, which  demonstrates perfectly how  talking to the horse in the language he understands, builds trust, regains confidence and produces the right end result!

Follow the work in progress and find out how your horse (no matter how big, or small the problem) can be brought back to normal.

A potted biography!  Started riding at the age of 10.  Trained my first horse at the age of 14.  Gave my first riding lesson at the age of 15.  Started problem solving some 10 years later and have been doing it ever since!

Have also spent many years in pursuit of other activities, such as gymkhana, the 3 disciplines, long distance trekking, driving etc.  In fact, I have probably done almost everything it's possible to do with horses - except round up cattle on the open range.  I'd love to do that!
